How do you get my information?

How does the Government owe me money, and why don't I know about it?

Is there a fee for your service?
Yes, although it varies from case to case. Bay Vista Legacy will cover all the upfront expenses so you will have nothing to pay out of pocket. After we successfully recover your funds, we will be paid directly from the state. If for some reason we cannot continue to do business you will owe us absolutely nothing!
How long does this process take?
As we all know, anything that involves the Government takes alot of time! Its hard to give an exact time but at least 6 months minimum. The quicker we can go to work for you the quicker you can get paid!
The State has permission to escheat certian types of funds after a dedicated time period. After that, your money will no longer be available for you to claim. Bay Vista Legacy believes you should decide what you do with your money!
